About the Author

Ashmeeta Madhav is a resilience and grief support advocate, educator, entrepreneur, author, speaker, and lifelong learner.  Mother of three incredible children. Ashmeeta Madhav has worked extensively in Early Childhood Education – working with children from 0-6 – in Southern Africa, North America, and Europe.

Not only is she an expert in early childhood development, but she is also a successful entrepreneur and even more importantly – a woman who experienced many tragedies during her life that helped shape her into the person that she is today.

She encountered many life-changing experiences in her early twenties, miscarriage, rejection and later the death of her mother, father, and husband.  These experiences exposed her to intense grief. She felt stuck and alone.  She realized that no matter how hard life gets, personal growth through self-discovery is key, and understanding the impact her thoughts have on shaping her reality.

Her passion for helping others and sharing her experiences is at the core of her book, “What’s Your Story?” Through it, she shares her journey with grief and self-discovery, her message is intended to offer comfort, inspire, and guide others who are going through difficult times to find the strength and resilience within themselves to move forward and create a meaningful life.

Experiencing loss does not mean the story of your life is over. It is the end of one chapter and the beginning of another.
